breaky for one

Well the mister is out of town on business, so it's breaky for one.  Or maybe one and a half counting Ollie, our furry four legged companion.  But he's not the best conversationalist and has a saliva management issue.

The weather is just to my liking at the moment - cools down at night and nice and warm during the day.  But you gotta be careful with the sun, right?  I don't intend on rocking the deep fried prune look any time soon.

Food-wise, Saturday can be tricky.  As Sunday is market day, and thus fresh fruit and veg day, Saturday's fridge is usually full of an eclectic mix of ingredients that need to be used up toot sweet!  Best way to do this is cook up a super omelette and just chuck everything in.

So this morning I found salami, tomato, spinach, potato, spanish onion, Danish feta and ch ch ch chilli.

And obligatory pot of tea - french earl grey today.

Poor Ollie looking on longingly.  He can't decide what he wants more - for me to throw the ball or to slip him a bit of food.  Probably both.
